Before the renovation, the home had a very confined layout with fragmented spaces, dated design, and an uncomfortable mix of yellow, green, and red tones that felt visually overwhelming. Through the renovation, we opened up the layout to create a true open-concept space, allowing the kitchen, dining, and family areas to flow naturally into one another. The new plan dramatically improved light, openness, and connectivity, transforming the home into a welcoming environment that encourages interaction, togetherness, and everyday family living.

Through careful planning, strategic material selection, and smart detailing, we were able to achieve a highly refined, hotel-level atmosphere while staying disciplined with costs - proving that luxury is not about excess, but about thoughtful design decisions.
